The release version, of course, is completely documented. Transparency curves control the rate at which colors are taken from source and destination images. For instance, a human eye might take on the *shape* of a frog eye, but keep it's own colors while doing so. That makes the transparency "late". Velocity curves control the rate at which the transformation occurs; for instance, an eye might wait till very late in a 30 frame morph (frame 25?) before beginning to change to the destination image.
