Dominick, Creating a document that is just 1000 copies of the word "the" and seeing how long it takes to change them all to "and" is not a good speed barometer of a word processor. ProWrite is optimized for speed of user input, interaction, real-world usage, and is quite fast compared to the competition. ProText has quite a number of features, but is more like WordPerfect in appearance–it is strictly character based and looks more like a DOS-type product than an Amiga product.
