A CD-ROM cache is not going to help much with The 7th Guest unless you can
allocate 10meg+ of memory to the cache and even that would probably have little
effect. T7G is consistently sending a large volume of data from the CD-ROM to
the PC for its graphics effects and unless you bounce back and forth between
two locations, you'll see little benefit.
