Ben, just who I was looking for! I have one of those special 15 to 23 pin cables with the built-in electronics to allow IV24 to be used with my 1080 monitor. Question: Can I also add Ham-E in the chain without screwing anything up? As for my 1/2 screen grab, I am using a Sony Hi-8 camcorder connecting the S-Video to the VIU. I did it properly once by just fiddling around but I have no been able to reproduce the way I did the grab. It is amazing that with all the docs you get none of them just come right out and tell you how to framegrab step by step. As I mentioned in another message, I wish there were a 68000 version of Caligari24 included with IV24. Money is tight and I make my purchaces VERY carefully. I have figured that until I can make $$$ with the Amiga the speed isn't as important as other things but an accelerated Amiga seems to be becoming the norm for high end stuff. Anyway, I have tried to open up a PIP screen, flip to full screen mode, use Atl-F9 to freeze and Alt-F10 to grab. Is that the way you do it? Thanks.
