Erik, Does LW 3.0 output the alpha channel simultaneously with the image? This would be optimum. If not, what we've done before is record to different tapes the alpha animation and the real animation. We then sync them up and send the alpha anim to the switcher's key input to punch a hole in the background video for the real anim. I'd love to have Lightwave, but can't afford the dongle it requires. -Steve
