#Good and Bad
I tried to download what I _thought_ was a good buffer file – it's actually
worthless junk. I _think_ it took the 2nd time – please examine both files.
Also, I gleaned the info in the files from a CIS service, but I didn't see any
copyright warnings anywhere prohibiting redistribution of the info.
