I don't think that is correct. I'll admit it depends somewhat on the
price, but NewTek has no means to produce the chips, board, cases etc to
manufacture complete machines. Their assessment will lead them to either:
Sell NewTek to a Sony/JVC/Panasonic as a video do-dad company
OR
Use the money to move to a different platform.
