The wording of the C= announcement was interesting. Only Commodore
Electronics Ltd is being immediately liquidated. The Commodore
International Ltd assets are being transferred to trustees. This could
mean the the various "wholly owned" subsidiaries are being transferred as
operating companies to the unnamed trustees. It would up to the trustees
as to whether continued operation or liquidation of the subsidiaries made
more financial sense for the creditors.
