This looks like a brazen attempt to mislead dealers and the public so that
CEI can get rid of all their stock without being left holding the bag
(full of unwnated machinery!)
As I understand it, the national companies are wholly owned subsidiaries
of CIL. They are theirfore, part of the assets of CIL and subject to
liquidation. Either I am COMPLETELY wet on this relationship, or CEI's
president is blowing some major smoke.
