James, My high density drive is internal in the DF0: position in my Amiga 2000HD which now has a GVP G-Force 030 (25MHZ) with MMU now installed. We got the Amiga 2000HD on an educational discount way back when. The bootup ROM routines detect the high density drive which is the same drive that goes into an Amiga 3000. I edited the mountlist script to be consistent with my system configuration. Commodore seems to be out of business. I don't know what to tell you.
