I would strongly advise that you contact Newtek directly about icons for your
product. Besides the obvious trademark infringement you would be risking by
going elsewhere, you might find that opening a dialogue with them early on in
your development might allow better access to any new "hooks" they may have in
store for future releases of the switcher software. It is my understanding that
Newtek now encourages such contact since the new broom swept clean a few
pockets of resistance to cooperative development ventures.
