"How to convert flc to 236 colors?"
The easiest way is through our Windows player. The File menu has an "Anim
Convert…" option which does it for you automatically.
If you have AAPro only, then you must SQUEEZE the palette over time to 236
colors from 256. Then you must CUT the palette, define a 236 color cluster
which does not include the first or last 10 colors, then PASTE over time.
Finally, make a cluster of the 1st 10 and last 10 colors and paste black over
time, and save the results.
As I said, it's easier with the player… (WINPLA.EXE on this forum if you
don't have it).
