Jim, I have an interesting idea. You should talk to Apple!
Buy Amiga in partnership with them.
Why? What's in it for Apple? Because, with your help Apple can make
MacEMPLANT-Amiga in no time! Since, all Amiga users (especially you I suppose)
think Amiga+EMPLANT is better than a real Mac, you should have a very good
selling point!
What's in it for you? Without a reliable source of Mac ROM, you cannot
(legally) sell a lot of EMPLANT. In partnership with Apple, you can become Bill
Gates IV. 😉
What Amiga need is marketing, and Apple can do that way better then CBM.
Make sense?
By the way, tell them how many EMPLANT you have sold. That will get their
attension!
