I think that the matrox studio can do that I remember about 2 years I went to a demo and one of the neat things that sticks in my mind was that you didn't have to lay to sound down first as an editor typicaly does because you could change(scale) the sound tracks and Vo's to match the edits. I don't know if this would be a solution as the Studio is very expensive. but I wounder if the studio software, a Vtr and a sound card could get it done?
