(This is really my reply to your e-mail) Geez, they STILL haven't completed the order yet?? That's incredible. Incredibly stupid that is, to screw up a chance to get a chance at some good publicity for thier company. I'm still just simply amazed that they are jacking around like they are when they know all thier lies, missed delivery dates, etc, are being reported on nationwide (worldwide, even) nets. Bruce Webster said they are getting bad press on BIX and I've seen the same on USENET. They have thier own BBS so it can't be ignorance of telecommunicating. I don't know, I guess I just can't see anybody being that dumb even having experienced first hand the evidence. No, I have not yet tried the memory tests but I have tried it with a big load. I had WorkBench with several windows/drawers open, CLI, Scribble! (with a 200K file open), Online!, two Basic programs, and over 500K of files on RAMdisk all going at once and it handled it with no problems (had about 900K left free). Have yet to find anything that doesn't run but I haven't really pushed the envelope either. Just as a possible point of interest the invoice I got back from TS included the following information: Glitch suppression kit for Amiga BAS glitches — $7.50 Address line pull up set (for type III Amiga or worse) — $6.00 There was, of course, no charge since it still under warranty. Maybe there are some hardware gurus around here who know what the above means but I sure don't. The original symptoms were crashing about 10 seconds after Addmem was performed in 1.1 and refusing to come up at all under 1.2 Enhancer. They also included a sheet containing info from a memory test they ran and another sheet which looks like screen dump of a WB window and screen showing 2.5M free. One thing I will say in TS's favor is that they got it back to me about a week and a half after I sent it back. -Gordon
