Worthwile implies a level of realism that makes the outcome at least possible even if improbable. By that definition, there hasn't ben much offered that would lead a thoughtful individual to conclude that anything (with the possible exception of some of the common cheaper chips – 8520s etc) will ever be made again. Also, there is this assumption that eveyone is skipping over. That the technology rights will be put up for auction or will be for sale. Doesn't is strike anyone as odd that no one knows who these trustees are? Isn't it possible that the trustees may buy, or arrange a private sale of these rights and technology to a third party who will evaluate, use and discard portions as they see fit without regard to the loyal Amiga following? Or someone may buy it and shelve it just like Benchmark did to M2Sprint. And remember, this is all being managed by Bahamian courts. Theses guys are not know for being unfreindly to, how shall we say, entreprenueral hanky panky. wmc – via Autopilot!
