Hi Dave, This is really interesting…. I have a VGA moniter, SVGA card with 1 meg ram, and NO VESA drivers in my autoexec.bat, or config.sys, I wonder why I have no problems running .flc – 640×480 animations. I have friends that have svga cards and moniters, and have trouble running .flc 640×480 animations, — I just don't understand why — if you have a svga card, shouldn't it be capable of running a 256 colour 640×480 resolution animation ???, geez this isn't even 1024×768, so what's up ??? – Anyone PLEASE jump in ! thanks Dave! – I'm really not into the inner workings of the svga scene, and the tech part is not my strong point.
