Martin,
I just got my Dir Opus 4.0 upgrade today. It was shipped on 12/16/92,
but I just got it on 1/7/93, which is 22 days later! It should NOT have
taken over 3 weeks to arrive. Since I am in the Auto-Upgrade Club, I
should have been one of the first people to receive it.
I looked at the shipping label and my zip code was incorrect. Maybe
this accounts for the delay. My name is Dominick J. Fontana and my CORRECT
zip code is: 11367. You had the incorrect zip code of 11387. That is, you
had an 8 instead of a 6. Please let me know if you need more information
in order to make the correction.
Please correct my address in your list for the Auto Upgrade Club, then
advise me that you have done so. I want to be absolutely certain that the
correction has been made, so I don't have to wait over 3 weeks for the
next upgrade.
I'll leave my comments on 4.0 after I have checked it out.
