Applied Electronics didn't SELL C64's, they MADE them for C=. They are an OEM. They are currently on a huge worldwide expansion of their new marketing arm… in other words, they are setting up DISTRIBUTION, not manufacturing… and that's what the C= Europe companies are… distribution companies. I doubt that Applied Electronics would have any interest at all in actually participating in the marketing of the Amiga computer, although I suppose they could help facilitate the manufacture of the product and support the distribution through the existing channels.
