I too use Term v3.4, and had problems UL with CISB+ and CISQB. Then I
had the bright idea to strip the eighth bit. Set this in your config
options and it should work (at least it did for me <g>)..

Well I now use Autopilot and have had not one problem with uploads, or
downloads for that matter. You may want to consider picking this up (the
demo version is free, and will allow uploads, but is crippled and will
allow only one upload a session). This is of course if you do not have it
already <g>.
