Sorry to hear of your troubles. I'm in the U.S., and I had problems.
Also, there was an interim upgrade before 4.0, which I never received.
When I found out about it here, Martin said he would send it to me for
free. It was a small upgrade that fixed a bug I had told INOVAtronics
about. I waited a few weeks and didn't receive it. I then left Martin a
few messages, which he never responded to. When I finally cornered him, he
told me the upgrade had been sent out and he told me the date it was sent
to me. The upgrade NEVER arrived.
INOVAtronics has some good software, but they don't know how to conduct
business properly.
