#GVP Dealer Support

Dear GVP Tech – I'm a dealer – and I can understand where some of the
frustrations your users feel come from.
There is mention in your correspondence of dealers being treated differently
than end users. Will you please pass on the special telephone number (by
e-mail)?
Perhaps some of the confusion is created by the lack of communications from
your company. I am a stocking distributor of the G-LOCK product, and haven't
received any correspondence from GVP in ages, other than that which is invoice
related.
We currently have a problem with a G-LOCK VGA+, which doesn't work with
Autodesk's 3D Studio release 2. Works fine with windows and DOS programs,
however while 3D Studio is loading, it hangs. In a 486 PC.
I too feel better talking to real people, but appreciate you're doing what is
most cost effective. Your real people operator gave me the forum information.
I hadn't thought to look under Amiga.
All the best –
