Porting from Mac to PowerMac is a pretty simple task. Apple has sold a lot of PowerPC computers in the last few weeks—companies that ported to PowerMac early have probably already sold more copies in the last few weeks than Amiga developers will sell this year. Commodore may have sold 4-5 million Amiga's, but that's not how many are in use. If you can sell 10000 copies of a major application in a year on the Amiga, you've struck it rich. 10000 copies wouldn't interest many Mac or PC firms. Most Amiga programs sell in the 1000 to 2000 range per year. Michael
