Prime Image sets the price, NewTek just looked at it and decided that the
processing PI did to get smooth conversion does not degrade Toaster output
in any meaningful way.
Remember it is a mult-standards converter. Ever price just a single
converter (like NTSC to PAL) that did better than radio shack quality?
