Hear hear on the "locked" student version. It would help the industry in
general too — it seems 3DS companies usually have to train their new employees
on 3DS from scratch, and it can be months before they get any real work out of
them. A student version would, I'm sure, be "the" thing to have as a student.
Of course, there would go all my training work… *sigh* the sacrifices we make
for progress…
