Don, When you say , "..refuses to print from the Amiga." do you mean that nothing happens, that the Gemini prints out the wrong characters, that it prints part of a page then garbage, etc. Has your friend tried an Amiga specific printer cable? While a standard IBM printer cable works in most cases…there ARE pins on the Amiga, in particular…pin 14…that carry +5v on them. Epson printers use that line to force double spaceing. Other printers may use it for something else. If nothing else,if you can open the printer cable (the db25 end) try unsoldering pin 14. That may fix the problem. Don
