The matching of DV1 to DV2 is done purely in hardware by soldering a bias
resistor directly to your Toaster board. This, of course, violates warranties
and risks some real damage to your Toaster if done improperly. The fix was
developed for the original Toaster and hasn't been verifed for the new Toaster.
It's something for a hardware hacker only.
