This is just a guess,
Your problem may be with your preferences settings, not with DMCS. I had
terrible problems getting decent printouts for months until I discovered
that DMCS was just sending the bitmapped image to the preferences, and
letting preferences worry about how to get it on the page. I discovered I
could use the graphic settings to tailor the printout anyway I wanted.
When I combined that with the print pause in DMCS, I was able to get the
correct number of scores on a page.
You may want to experiment with different preferences settings.
