Paul, I'm not sure what you are asking. I put the envelopes into the paper drawer as instructed (right side, flap up, flap on right side). In PageStream I define a page the size the an envelope, then type in the info. I then flip the "page" 90 degrees so that the long edge becomes the height rather than the width (and the writing is now sideways), then I print. Perfect every time.
