The jitter you speak about is caused because the frame grabber actually catches
four frames of each freezed "frame". If there was movement during the freeze,
the frames show it. The reason for catching more than one frame is that,
through frame averaging, you can get a better quality picture. If the source
is moving, you'll want to kill three of the four frames and there is a button
on some toaster versions which allows you to do this.
