Oh, reading your question in context, I see that you were asking about
Commodore not paying its bill.
Commodore has X.25 (I think that's the right number) links between several
countries for IS stuff. West Chester has a 56kbps leased-line Internet
connection. ADSP, the non-North-America devloper's support network is UUCP
based. The domain .sub.org (or something like that) was used to provide
MX forwarding to individual developer sites. The bill for that MX
forwarding is what hasn't been paid. The way I understand it, the person
who used to make sure that it was paid isn't there any more. There isn't
actually a paper bill (its a non-profit organization or something and is
set up so that you give them money to credit your account — no credit, no
service). C= hasn't figured out how to deal with it since there is no
paper bill.
