I'm not into Video, but I'm assuming your talking about the Passport 4000.
From the little I've read about it, it could be an great addition for
those that need to international video work.
Ok, the Passport looks like a bandaid to the VT's lack of PAL output.
However, the Passport can convert from the VT's NTSC to PAL, PAL-M, PAL-N,
SECAM, and NTSC 4.43. This is four more formats than it would have if the
VT was just NTSC & PAL.
