Mark, Believe me, I'm am not worried about being picked on by you. If anything, I consider your messages a minor nuisance. Although I don't wish to debate the point, I will afford you the courtesy of a reply. Actually, I think Dir Opus 4.0 is a pretty great upgrade and I like INOVAtronics as a company, and I hope they continue to prosper. One reason you are out of line, and your message confirmed this, is you are treating this like the TTR matter, and this is nothing like it. Your whole attitude seems to be, I disagreed with him when he left messages about TTR, and I'm not going to let him do it again to INOVAtronics. First, TTR was a horrible company, and I've heard horror stories about them from almost everyone I've spoken to, except you. Even the programmer of MRBackup Professional couldn't stand them and he's sorry he was ever affiliated with them. But there is Mark Manes still staunchly supporting TTR, apparently for no other reason, other than the fact that they were an Amiga vendor. Second, it is none of your business how I choose to handle the matter. You handle your complaints your way and I'll handle them my way. I mentioned the A4000, simply because that shows how you can flip-flop from one side of the fence to the other. You had a little TTR software and had no problems, so you defend them, despite all the tremendous problems they caused for many others with their hardware and software. As long as it didn't affect you, it doesn't matter. But if you had purchased non-working hardware from TTR and then been lied to numerous times over a few months, you'd probably flip-flop, as you did with the A4000, and be against TTR. The same goes for INOVAtronics. You have one opinion now, but it would probaby change if you were in my shoes. Since this is about INOVAtronics, and not TTR, the facts are that I did finally get the upgrade and I plan to keep it. There was no reason to contact customer service to resolve the problem, since there is no problem <continued>
