What better way to make that complaint than right here online where everyone can see it and where INOVAtronics can also publically respond? It saves me a long distance phone call, and it's more convenient for me. And make no mistake about it; INOVAtronics is here for the convenience of their customers. Are you suggesting that they should use this Forum to promote their products and then their customers' complaints should be shrouded in secrecy so no one knows about them. They have to take the good with the bad when they use this Forum. They can't have the benefits without the burdens. You're actually a bit of a troublemaker and you're the one making the stink. I'm not trying to rally the troops against INOVAtronics, since I think they are a fine company. I am one customer voicing my concerns to Martin, their online rep, about the way the upgrade was handled. As far as handling things in a business-like way, that's exactly what I'm doing.
