Larry,
Nice Wish. I'll put it in.
You know you can come close to that using the Swap screen, and apply ink tools.
Have the cel on one swap screen, and the cel with apply ink and tile on the
other. Flip over, make a change, save the cel, flip back, re-apply the ink.
Not quite interactive, but it works pretty well. I've made a few seamles tiles
this way.
