I personally can't stand 60Hz. I've used the monitor at 1600×1280, but only for testing. Remember that on a typical monitor, the maximum resolution trades off refresh rate. The Dec/Taxan will do 80Hz — but not at its top resolution. The Nanao is typically bundled with a custom MGA which boots at a higher frequency. (Thanks for reminding me.) Probably not a great idea, if you value flexibility. I'd take a look at the new Idek — they're supposed to have a high-bandwidth unit hitting the market. Just out of curiosity — is 1280×1024 not enough resolution for you? Evan
