Hi, I first complainend to the dealer he said it wasn't his problem call the manufacturer I really don't know what went on between them but some time latter the dealer took me to court. The actual terms I forget what they call it but it's like slander. He proved that I was the reason that Borland would't supply him with products anymore. That I ruened his good name. Darn right I did!! What it came down to at this point was to bring in Borland to show it was Borland that caused him his troubles not me. My layer explaind to me they didn't want to get envolved, I could make them get involved but it was going to take money I didn't have and if I lost I would lose that money too. So basicly I pled guilty and paid the fine. I'm leaving a lot out as not to get myself in trouble again. This dealer is very rich and it's my opion that's why Borland didn't want anything to do with it because he could out spend Borland. And that's about what I learned is that you can't fight money in court!! I only contineued to buy products from him through a friend because he sells things I couldn't get anywhere else and my friends where not having a problem like this. Like I've said already this happend a coulple of times before, the first time the manufacturer just fixed me up, when I got tired of it that's when I got in trouble. I'm not going to court again, if Autodesk want's to fight him that's fine but I don't want envolved with him. My lawyer doesn't want anything to do with it ether I found out today, and he would only advise me not to do what I'm doing right now. I've decided just to report the dealer to Autodesk and upgrade latter. I really need to let this thread scroll off and get lost.
