Well it depends. You could do the down and dirty approach by creating just the
outline in the shaper. This is easy to do by bringing in the image as a
background in the shaper and then outlining it. If you need more 3D detail you
could also create more shape outlines for raised or relief portions. Then you
can then loft the shape to create depth. Once this is done you can map the
scanned or Targa image onto the outline. This would give you a logo with depth
which you could then as you see fit, and is fairly quick to accomlish. In the
lofting process you could also bevel the edge.
