First the bad new: Sorry, no can do! The reason this happens is because
3DS has built into it an "auto-detect, super vga flc player" that trys to
detect what VGA you have, and max resolution. This library built into 3DS
does not understand MANY of the newer Super VGA's. The Diamond 24x is
using a WD90C31 chip, which the internal library does not know how to deal
with. It actaully detects it as something else, and tries to talk to it
incorrectly, causing the screen to divide and do other "strange" things.
Don't feel too bad, almost all of the newer technologies are suffering from
the same problem…
The good new: While there is no solution now, I'm sure that shortly, we
will be able to help you out.
