Betty, Typing "ShowConfig" in CLI gives the same info as clicking on the icon. Does that scroll off as quickly for you? I came in here once to check on the IFF to GIF / GIF to IFF shareware and never really did have much luck at it. Only one program claimed to do it but I couldn't open it up. I can't remember which one is was –it was an LHA or unZipper that I didn't have. I must have gotten distracted because I never got back to it. Anyway, FASTGIF2 is my favorite GIF viewer because it offers me three different views at the press of a key. O for overview, L for interlace, and H for high resolution. The author sent me his newest version which is supposed to be able to save-as IFF but it doesn't work. I give up; I'm going to buy ArtDeptPro which is the reason behind my questions about RAM. Just this week I took the job as editor and producer of a nation-wide sewing guild's newsletter so I'm shopping for DTP software, etc. I'm really excited about the new Amiga adventure this starts for me.
