Well, SCREENX is free for the downloading, so it shouldn't hurt your Mastercard too badly, and it's worth a try. I have a new scanner. It's been here for two or three months, but it was only today that I got it going. I had to wait a while for the software, because it was update time and I had to wait for the update to be finished. Then I had guests – no time. And a bit of problem getting all of the things working together. But today, it all started working, and I've scanned and scanned. I think I'm going to enjoy this! I bought the laser printer last fall when I needed to print a genealogy book – and I really enjoy having it. I've had problems with SNAP, too, but SnipIt works fine for me. One of these days, I think I'll read the docs for SNAP and get it working right, because it does more than SnipIt – but in the meantime…… Betty —Betty
