Hello, your best bet is calling the 1-800-555-1212 and ask for Pioneer customer support number. What you have is the low end professional laserdisk player made by pioneer. We use these all the time in our multimedia retrieval systems. I also know that the pioneer communicates at "4800" baud. The two switches i believe setup the options for the player.
