I use the PAR/Toaster for logo anims and the quality is more than up to the
task. There is NO visible difference in the anims I did using the PAR and those
I renderred single frame to MII.
If you are at all concerned about the Amiga, you can rest easy, since PAR also
works in a PC. If you feel that there are clients you could make money with
right away, waiting for the Flyer would mean missed oppourtunities. IMHO, you
should can the idea of the SVHS deck and either borrow or rent betacam or MII
to dub from the PAR for Bcast clients. The difference between the output
quality of SVHS and a Bcast format is worth the hassle and expense if you are
promoting your services to the advertising community.
