I have a PAR, Toaster and TBC IV in my machine. The PAR is the most awesome piece of personal computer hardware I've seen in years. I wouldn't get the Sdeck if I were you. The PAR can output component video to MII – a better format than S. If you can't afford the MII deck, take your computer to a local video rental studio and purchase time to dump the finished anim to tape – You'd have a better quality anim for broadcast and it won't cost much.
