As for enjoying the fruits of our labor, my contract says the fruit won't ripen for another month or so… but it should be sweet! Tell Rusty that you're being abused and that you deserve a raise! Huge amounts of overtime, no bonuses, no comp-time, you know if you slashed your salary by 50% you could almost qualify as an architect.
