Why not say DAT, if DAT machines were manufactured for the mass market
instead of for the exclusive use of the professional market they would
actually be cheaper than MiniDisk or DCC. Even some of the professional
DAT machines are only marginally more expensive than the consumer DCC and
MiniDisk.
