I had a friend test drive one… he said they are really nice. But any emergency vehicles behind you are SOL… as the cabin is so quiet. My wifes '94 has been in the shop 6 times. The second time was on a trip to her parents in Knoxville. It spent the whole week in the shop, while they replaced the transmission. (It was 3 weeks old by this point) Now it pops out of reverse (or won't go in to reverse at times.) and pops out of second quite frequently. The service department insists there is nothing wrong, yet the problems continue. That nice V-6 engine is pretty kickin' tho! As for me, I traded in my '89 Suzuki Sidekick for a '94 Suzuki Sidekick. It worked like a dream the first time, so why tamper with greatness! Chris – Fast and Low on my '020! Is it significant that my spell-checker doesn't know "Intel"?
