I'm a bit new at this but I've got an older version of RIO which I don't use
much but it does do excellent text as you've noted. I heard rumors of a
Windows version of RIO to appear this fall. Could it be that RIO version 6.3 is
this rumored upgrade? The product which I use for both still graphics and video
titles is Altamira's Composer. I can't give you a full comparison but there
are others here who probably could. Ted Boardman may just jump in here as I
believe he has some experience with Composer.
