Bob >Micropolis and HP seem to have some serious drives for serious money. My favorite HD info was from TheRef. Unfortunately they have not updated this in almost 2 years now, I call their BBS every 6 mos or so. So know to get drive specs I have to scavenge the internet or CI$. From what I hear, they will probably not unbundle it, it will cost "too nuch" to support extra product lines with and without the interface. But the news is they will eventually come out with an ASPI driver themselves… If they do, the only thing I would like is the ability to disable the terminator on the scanner. As it is now, it has to be the last device on the chain, and I am sure the terminator they use is not as good as the better external terminators you can buy. David
