Yes, about 10 times a day ! After your helping me get CsNav beta going, I have used it for months with only a few problems. Then I finally installed the release version the other day, and have had umpteen problems. I know these are not unique to me, as there must be a thousand irate messages on the CsNav forum, documenting all the problems I'm experiencing. I've started (today) d/l message summaries and marking rather than just getting all the forum messages, which is what I want – and this seems to help minimize the problems – but is a real pain. I'm pretty familiar with this s/w now, and have employed all the known "fixes" & workarounds. It really pisses me off to see garbage s/w, especially when the beta wasn't bad, but to hear some of the BS their support staff is feeding customers – well, it's unforgivable. Do you know if there's any way to get the beta version BACK again ?
